Javed Fiyaz is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a career spanning over two decades across shipping, trading, and digital assets. He founded a shipping company, later merging and becoming majority shareholder of Global Oceanic Carrier, a London AIM Listed entity, and afterwards selling it in 2008.

From 2002 to 2020, he actively traded securities and derivatives while also investing in real estate across London’s super prime market. Javed was an early investor in the Bitfury Group and became a Pre IPO shareholder in Hut 8 Mining Corp (Nasdaq Listed). Javed was also a Pre IPO investor in Lyft Inc, expanding his investment portfolio into tech driven mobility. He also established the Javed Fiyaz Charitable Trust in 2007, supporting global philanthropic initiatives in partnership with Save the Children.

Baron Lamarre is a visionary leader with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the Oil & Gas industry. A Petroleum Economist by training and a sharp trading strategist, he has spent his career trading crude oil and refined products with some of the biggest names in the industry.

During his tenure as Head of Trading at Petronas, he has structured and executed short & long term deals with leading industry names such as Shell, ExxonMobil, Chevron, BP, Mitsubishi, Itochu, Vitol, PetroChina, Pertamina, PTT and many more. In those trades, he covered Refinery feedstock, Crude oil, refined products, and Energy derivatives spectrum.

To bridge traditional commodity markets with next-generation financial systems, Baron is now pioneering the convergence of Oil, Forex, and Web3. As Co-Founder and Lead Architect of LITRO, he is building a digital trading ecosystem that tokenizes real-world energy assets, transforming oil trading into a more transparent, liquid, and accessible digital marketplace.

With nearly 20 years in finance, Alex Chehade bridges the worlds of traditional banking and blockchain innovation. A former General Manager at Binance FZE in Dubai, he has led major crypto initiatives across the MENA region and helped shape the regulatory landscape for digital assets.

His unique journey from market maker to crypto leader gives him a rare perspective on how technology is redefining global finance. Today, he helps FinTech’s, and institutions navigate crypto adoption and compliance, driven by a mission to make digital finance simpler, more transparent, and accessible to everyone.

Gilson applies over a decade of institutional banking experience to design liquidity and risk frameworks that merge traditional trade finance with tokenized energy assets, creating scalable, compliant, and transparent financial pathways for the Litro ecosystem.

Drawing on his background in wholesale payments, regulatory strategy, and digital asset compliance across global financial centres, he bridges the gap between legacy financial infrastructure and blockchain-enabled markets. Gilson’s work enables institutional-grade liquidity, robust governance, and seamless regulatory alignment, supporting Litro’s mission to accelerate the transition from conventional energy financing to a decentralized, asset-backed global marketplace.

Momin Saqib is a seasoned Web3 strategist, venture investor, and co-founder of Web3Pak, with a proven track record of advising some of the most successful blockchain projects, Layer 1 protocols, family offices, and decentralized autonomous technology companies (DATCOs) worldwide. A key player in shaping Pakistan’s Web3 ecosystem, Momin has been instrumental in fostering innovation, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem growth across the region.

His exceptional contributions have earned him prestigious honours, including the Commonwealth Award and the UK Prime Minister’s Points of Light Award. Momin holds an MSc in Global Leadership & Peacebuilding from King’s College London.

25 years experience in banking, Jose Nunes leads Compliance at LITRO, translating regulatory requirements into practical, auditable systems for tokenized crude. Previously a Vice President in Payments at Barclays (Europe), he brings deep experience in crossborder payments controls and regulatory expertise having advised over 20 crypto/web3 projects in their regulatory journey in the last 4 years.

At LITRO, Jose owns the end to end regulatory and compliance stack, on/off ramp, market surveillance, and custody/attestation governance, plus incident response and third party risk.

He partners with trade, ops, and engineering to embed controls into issuance, trading, and redemption, ensuring licensing readiness and institutional grade assurance across priority corridors.

Casper is a seasoned investor relations professional with extensive experience working with private family offices, structuring joint ventures and raising capital across various sectors. Most recently, he was supporting growth initiatives for Yas Energy, a battery manufacturer, leveraging his network and strategic insight to secure investment and managing investor relations. With a strong track record in relationship management, capital strategy, and understanding investor priorities, Casper is particularly effective in investor relations.
